Eligibility
Any higher education institution with its primary location in the United States, and qualifying for a primary domain name in .edu, may subscribe. Not-for-profit regional research and education networking organizations in the United States may also subscribe. Subscribers must be InCommon participants or join InCommon. You can pursue joining InCommon and subscribing to the cert service simultaneously. The fees page has more information on eligibility.
