InCommon Hours of Operation

InCommon follows standard Internet2 business days for all operations, which are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Time.

Requests to update participant metadata are generally processed in 1 business day after submission; however, requests will be delayed during dates of observance noted below, and limited other times. Metadata approvals typically occur daily at approximately 2:30pm ET, and signing typically occurs daily at approximately 3:00pm ET, although exact times may vary.
